Our application process is easy.  Our goal is to make getting to know one another a positive experience so you can start enjoying our club.  First, you will need to fill out an application and request two letters of endorsement from two current Clinton Country Club Members.

 Next, submit your two letters and application, along with a $3,000 Initiation Deposit plus 10% CT ADC Tax for a total of $3,300.  $1,500 of your deposit will be refundable should you decide not to take a golfing membership or resign within the first year of Associate Membership.  (Junior and Social Membership applications do not have to submit the $2,000 Initiation Deposit). 

Our Membership Committee will review your application and letter.  Then you will be invited to one of our monthly membership interviews at the Clubhouse with our Membership Committee. 

On the third week of every month, our Board of Governors review and approve prospective members.  The next day, our office will notify prospective members of their application status. 

The membership application process takes approximately 4-6 weeks depending on when you submit your application.  We also need to allow enough time to ensure your name has been featured on our board or prospective members for four weeks.

Yes, if you are new to the area and do not know a Club Member, we’d be happy to introduce you to our PGA Golf Professional, Sean Busca.  Sean will help you to get acclimated to the Club and introduce you to members so that you have the chance to get to know our Membership.  You may also request one letter of recommendation from a Golf Pro at a Golf Club where you previously belonged.

Associate

While you are on our waiting list for Golfing Membership, you may play golf ten time in-season paying greens fees and unlimited off-season paying greens fees. You may also enjoy use of the Clubhouse as well as social and restaurant amenities

Premium Family

If you and your spouse enjoy golfing, this membership is perfect for you.  This membership allows both you and your spouse to golf before 10:0am on weekends and holidays.  Children under 12 may use the course with you at designated times.

Regular Family

If you golf regularly, but your spouse is an occasional golfer, this may be the best membership type for you.  Children under 12 may use the course with you at designated times.

Individual

This membership is designed for those seeking a golfing membership for themselves only.  If you have a spouse who does not play they will have a social membership along with your golfing membership.

Intermediate Family or Individual

If you are between the ages of 21-45, you may take advantage of this specially priced membership.  Deus are 25% less than a Regular Family or Individual.  An Intermediate Member will pay the Initiation Fee in equal payments each year of either 10 years or until the member is 45, whichever is greater.

Junior

If you child is aged 12-20 and would like their own golf privileges to perfect their game, this is the membership for them.

Social

If you are not a golfer, but would like to enjoy the amenities of our beautiful Clubhouse and dining rooms throughout the year, consider our Social Membership
